Full conference and tour: $2,145 (one per person in a shared room) or $2,645 (one person in a private room)

accommodations included: Jan 22 thru 28 (departing 29th). Conference begins at 1pm on Jan 22.

Conference and tour without accommodations and breakfast: $1,745

Conference only: $345 (includes all conference presentations)

Individual Day Passes: Friday $75, Saturday $150, Sunday $150

You may purchase the Full Weekend Pass or Individual Day Passes at the event with cash only (US dollars or the equivalant in pesos or euros)

CONFERENCE AND DAY PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT - YOU MAY JOIN US SPONTANIOUSLY AND REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE ON SITE. ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ME MELIA. THE TOUR, HOWEVER, NEEDS TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. Payments at the event will only be accepted with cash (US dollars or the equivalent in pesos or euros).

If you would like to extend your stay at the ME Melia Cancun Resort, or book rooms if you are participating in the conference without accommodations included, you may book rooms directly at our group rate of:

One person per room - $173 per night inclusive of breakfast, taxes, and service charges

Two persons in one room - $202 per night inclusive of breakfast, taxes, and service charges

Credit card payments can be taken with an additional 3% fee (reflected as a "shipping" cost). If you would like to avoid the 3% credit card processing fee you can pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
