With payment in full the cost for this five star journey is $4,995, including international airfare from JFK.

To upgrade on Egypt Air, the cost is an additional $2,000 for business-class or $2,855 for first-class

The cost for Land Only with payment in full is $4,195 (everything is included except roundtrip airfare to and from Cairo).

If you choose to make payments,

the cost with airfare is $5,295 ($1,000 deposit to secure your place, 2nd payment of $2,150 due by June 1st, final payment of $2,145 due by September 30th).

the cost without airfare is $4,495 ($1,000 deposit to secure your place, 2nd payment of $1,750 due by June 1st, final payment of $1,750 due by September 30th).

For payment instructions contact office@greatmystery.org. Credit card payments can be taken with an additional 3% fee. Payments are non-refundable, however, your registration is transferable. Prices quoted are based on double occupancy. Single supplements for $775 are limited according to availability.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Passport: You must have a valid passport. It is a good idea to take a photocopy of your passport with you in case the original one gets lost.

Visa: Most travelers obtain their Visa upon entry to Egypt (based on country of origin).

TRIP INSURANCE
Medical Travel Insurance is included with the tour, however, a journey of this nature is a financial investment. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all participants obtain short-term travelers insurance covering baggage, accident/life and trip cancellation. Trip cancellation insurance covers your losses on nonrefundable air and land costs on trips cancelled due to personal or family illnesses or unforeseen documented emergencies. It also covers the cost of emergency evacuation from remote areas. Comprehensive Travel Insurance is handled by independent companies. The Prophets Conference is working with Guardian Travel, the Egyptian tour operator coordinating the pilgrimage. Guardian Travel is highly recommended by the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E), and was a featured tour operator in The New York Times travel section.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is necessary, no refund will be made, however, you may:

    a) transfer your conference registration to a future Axiom program

    b) transfer your conference registration to another person
