    Cancellation Policy:
  • If cancellation is necessary, send notice in writing: the receiving date determines the cancellation fee.
  • ...cancellations received prior to 60 days of the conference will incur a 30% cancellation fee
  • ...cancellations received between 31 and 60 days of the conference will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • ...no refund for cancellations made within 30 days of conference
