On this magical journey, after having experienced 2 major highlights in Pashupatinath and outside of Pokhara, we prepare for the last highlight : Boudhanath!
To the east of Kathmandu, on the old road to Tibet, in a depression above the Bagmati valley, lies Boudhanath, one of the largest stupas in the world. It towers over a small village, Boudha, which since the arrival of Tibetan refugees has become the center of a thriving ethnic Tibetan town and monasteries, carpet factories and businesses. In the Tibetan legends this stupa is called Chorten Jarung Khashor, “Permission Given for Proper Action”. Legend has it that when this stupa was consecrated a hundred million Buddhas dissolved into it and that it has the glory of being filled with their sacred relics. Whatever prayer is offered at this special place, is fulfilled…so we will go and circumambulate the stupa of Boudhanath with this in mind, having prepared ourselves for this extraordinary moment all along the journey.
The next trip to Egypt from October 2-10, 2009 is now ready for registration! This will be a Journey into the Heart where we go from Philae temple in Aswan, to Luxor then to the ultimate heart symbolized by the pyramid of Cheops! The most unusual part of the trip will be sailing the Nile in our private Dahabaya with only a very limited number of cabins, so best to register now to avoid disappointment!

The AA Playshops in Morocco went well...all had big shifts and enjoyed the freedom of playing while feeling cocooned and experiencing expansion and growth!
